Tyra Malzy

Tyra Malzy currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Zoī, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes several roles at JLL from March 2020 to November 2023, where Tyra served as Global Head of Sustainability Learning & Education, EMEA Director of Talent, Global Head of Well-Being & Engagement, and Global Lead for Diversity, Inclusion & Culture. From March 2018 to March 2020, Tyra held the position of Group Head of Learning & Development at Kering. Additionally, Tyra worked as Chief Learning Officer at Mazars from January 2012 to February 2018 and served as an Adjunct Professor at La Sorbonne, IAE Paris, where courses were taught in both English and French at the Masters level, focusing on Learning & Development and Talent Management. Tyra holds an M.A. in International Affairs from Sciences Po and a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University.
