Lizette Mada

Lizette Mada has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. Lizette started as a Research Assistant at the Arizona Health Sciences Center in 2006 and continued in this role until 2009. Lizette then joined Normandeau Associates, Inc. as an Environmental Technician for a brief period. In 2010, they became a Research Lab Technician at Metabolic Solutions, Inc., where they conducted GC-MS analysis and managed laboratory inventory.

In 2015, Lizette joined GenMark Diagnostics as a Research Associate II, specializing in product transfer. Lizette worked closely with different teams to transfer R&D processes and develop QC test methods. Lizette also wrote testing procedures and conducted operator training. Lizette later became a Senior Research Associate, focusing on both Research and Development and product transfer.

Currently, Lizette works for DNA Electronics (DNAe) as a Scientist/Manager. Prior to this role, they served as an Associate Scientist II and a Senior Research Associate, specializing in NGS library preparation. Their expertise and experience in this field contribute to their current responsibilities at DNA Electronics.

Lizette Mada obtained a Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona in 2009. Lizette completed their degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology as well as in Spanish & Portuguese. In 2018, Lizette obtained their Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification from EMS Consulting Group, Inc.
