Thea Gallegos-Larrobis

Thea Gallegos-Larrobis has been working in the field of employee success and continuous improvement since 2017. Thea began their career at DNA Micro as the Director of Employee Success and Continuous Improvement, where they were responsible for creating and driving the Employee Experience initiatives and building mechanisms to help scale and support efforts across the organization. Thea also held the roles of Organizational Manager and Team Manager. Prior to this, Thea worked as a Training Specialist at Tech Mahindra from 2016 and at TeleTech Philippines from 2013.

Thea Gallegos-Larrobis obtained their Bachelor of Education from the University of San Carlos between 2005 and 2010, specializing in Special Education and Teaching.
