Kristi Volke

Kristi Volke currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Client Experience at dna Communications, having assumed the position in October 2023 after previously holding the Senior Vice President role. With extensive experience in client experience management, Kristi worked at imre from February 2011 to September 2023, advancing through various positions including Senior Vice President, Vice President, and several account management roles. Earlier experience includes serving as a Communications Assistant at the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and as a Communications Intern at the Maryland Science Center. Kristi Volke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies with a minor in Writing from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
