Executive Vice President Of Client Experience at Itel

Neil O'Hanlon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Neil is currently working at itelCX as the Executive Vice President of Client Experience, a role they assumed in July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Senior Vice President of CX at itelCX from 2021 to July 2023.

From 2016 to 2021, Neil worked at Digicel Group, where they served as the Director of Customer Experience and later as the Head of Customer Experience - Digicel Play.

Before joining Digicel Group, Neil worked at Vodafone from 2009 to 2016. Their roles at Vodafone included Customer Experience Programme Manager, Fixed Order Operations Manager - Consumer & Enterprise, and Consumer Operations, Fixed Response and Business Improvement Manager.

Neil's career began at Meridian Global Services in 1997, where they worked as the Manager - Processing & Technical Services until 2008. Neil also had roles at Meridian VAT Reclaim as an Assistant Manager in the Processing Department and as a Project Manager for the Netherlands EDI.

In 2008, Neil briefly worked at BT as a Consumer Operations Manager (Fixed Services), responsible for managing back office teams and ensuring customer orders were fulfilled within SLAs and to the required standard.

Neil O'Hanlon obtained a BSc (Hons) in Technology Management from Technological University Dublin from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they pursued Supervisory Management at the Irish Management Institute from 2001 to 2003. Neil also holds additional certifications in Leadership in the 21st Century from Wharton Online, obtained in 2021.
