Sparrow Rose, CHRL, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Dnaagdawenmag Binnoojiiyag Child & Family Services since April 2019, Sparrow Rose provides comprehensive HR oversight in an Indigenous Child Wellbeing agency. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Casino Rama Resort, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee engagement, and labor relations, as well as HR Business Manager and Manager of Employee Relations at Casino Rama. Earlier experience includes HR Specialist at Rama First Nation and Employee Relations Manager at Wilfrid Laurier University. Academic qualifications include a Post-Diploma in Business and Human Resource Management from Conestoga College and an Industrial Relations Certificate from Queen's University, among others.
