Matthew Andreatta

Matthew Andreatta is an experienced bioinformaticist with a robust academic and professional background in molecular diagnostics and bioinformatics. Currently serving as Presales Solution Director and Solutions Science Director at DNAnexus, Matthew previously held significant roles including Associate Director of Bioinformatics at PathGroup, where substantial improvements in analysis efficiency and quality control were achieved. Matthew’s earlier career includes positions at Aegis Sciences Corporation and Diagnovus, where Matthew developed and optimized bioinformatic pipelines for genetic and pharmacogenetic analysis. Matthew's academic qualifications comprise a Ph.D. and a Master's degree from Purdue University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from UC Davis.
