Paul Holt has extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance across various sectors. Currently, Paul serves as a Customer Service Team Leader and Technical Advisor at DNA Payments Group since November 2022. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Legal Assistant at Enact Conveyancing from August 2022 to November 2022. Paul’s career also includes significant roles at Promis Life, where the position evolved into Quality Assurance Learning and Development Manager, as well as Quality Assurance Technical Manager and Quality Analyst between July 2016 and August 2022. Additionally, Paul worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Wren Kitchens in 2016 and held the position of Quality and Compliance Analyst at npower Business from July 2009 to April 2016. Paul completed education at South Hunsley Secondary School from 1980 to 1985.
