Manasi Lele

Manasi Lele is currently a Design Lead at DNAstack. Prior to that, they were a Design Technologist at Nuspire from September 2013 to June 2019, where they led the initiative to fix overly-complex interfaces and created modern and responsive templates for web apps using UX design principles and JavaScript libraries. Manasi was also responsible for mentoring team members, recommending UI solutions, performing code reviews, developing and testing applications, and documenting projects. Prior to that, they were a Business Process Intern at Siemens from July 2012 to April 2013, where they developed SharePoint 2007 applications using SharePoint designer, JavaScript and HTML; GT US business process SharePoint site maintenance; developed macros in MS Excel using Visual Basic; reported the Key performance indicators (KPI) for different departments based on the data; and automation of KPI data using Vlookups, Pivot tables and Macros.

Manasi Lele holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Manasi is certified by Skills for Change in the Newcomer Entrepreneurship Hub Program and by Udemy in The Complete Sketch 5 Course - Design Apps & Websites 2020, Sketching for UX Designers - Boost UX work with pen & paper!, and UX Design & User Experience Design Course - Theory Only.

Manasi Lele reports to Marc Fiume, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Maggie Clark - Senior Program Manager, Jim Vlasblom - Co-Founder, CIO & CPSO, and Ashley Hobb - VP, Operations.
