Joanne Martin Blakey is a seasoned People and Culture professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the National P&C Operations Manager for dnata Catering & Retail since February 2022, Joanne leads a team of 14 to enhance HR partnerships within operational units. Previous roles include Manager of People & Culture at FLAMESTOP AUSTRALIA PTY. LTD., HR Manager at New York Film Academy Australia, and HR Manager/Registrar at Kimberley College. Joanne has successfully managed workforce planning for the Commonwealth Games Project and has a background in HR consultancy with People Factor Group. Education includes a Bachelor of Psychology in Counseling Psychology from Griffith University and participation in the Women in Business program at AIM.
