Henrik Rian

Henrik Rian has extensive experience in M&A, investments, and corporate development at DNB since August 2005, playing a vital role in supporting strategic and structural M&A initiatives at both domestic and international levels. With a background in acquisition finance and leveraged finance, Henrik has been involved in the origination and structuring of significant loans, primarily for private equity clients. Additional responsibilities have included credit evaluations, risk management, and financial forecasting. As a board member and deputy member across various organizations, including Fremtind Livsforsikring AS, Vipps, BankID BankAxept AS, and DNB Asset Management, Henrik contributes expertise to strategic decision-making in the financial and insurance sectors. Henrik Rian holds an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and various specialized finance qualifications.
