Elin Mollan Dale

Elin Mollan Dale has held various senior positions at DNB since January 2015, including EVP Governance & Strategy, People & Communication, Head of Credit and Transactions in Group Legal, and EVP Company Secretary. In this capacity, Elin serves as in-house counsel, providing support to DNB's investment banking division and large corporates within the international division. Prior to DNB, Elin worked as an Associate at Wiersholm from January 2009 to January 2015, specializing in corporate law, contract law, and securities legislation, working on IPOs, equity issues, M&A, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance. Elin holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Oslo, completed in 2008, and is a member of the Norwegian bar association.
