Kate Blichfeldt Andresen

Kate Blichfeldt Andresen has extensive experience at DNB since November 2007, currently serving as Strategisk rådgiver and Divisjonsdirektør for PM Produkt, Kundereiser og Innovasjon. In the role of Seksjonsleder and Avdelingsleder for ITOP Customer Solutions, Kate Blichfeldt Andresen leads the UX Design team focused on enhancing customer experiences. Previous positions include Division Coordinator across various divisions, where responsibilities involved business development, process efficiency, and coordination of activities. Kate Blichfeldt Andresen participated in DNB's leadership talent development program, the Challenge Program, and also worked as a Financial Advisor. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School and Grenoble Ecole de Management. Prior to DNB, Kate Blichfeldt Andresen was employed as a Seller at b.young from 2005 to 2007.
