Nataliia Thobru is currently engaged in Controlling & Strategy for Technology & Services at DNB, where they support IT divisions with forecasting, planning, and driving cloud cost optimization in Azure. Previously, they held positions such as Sales and Operational Excellence Lead at Atea Norge AS, contributing to strategic decision-making and managing transformational projects. Nataliia also served as a Sales Excellence Manager at Microsoft, where they promoted operational excellence and digital transformation solutions. They hold a Master's degree in Innovation and Business Development from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
