Ingrid Hindley

Ingrid Hindley is an experienced professional operating in the Human Capital space across various industries, including telecommunications, NGOs, local government, and consulting for small and medium-sized enterprises. Currently, Ingrid is the Head of HR at the DNI Group of Companies, where they offer strategic and operational capabilities in Human Capital, Leadership, Wellness, Transformation, and BEE. Previously, Ingrid held roles such as Group Head of HR at Blue Label Telecoms, Managing Director at The Papillon Group, and HR Manager at Integr8 IT and Westcon. Ingrid earned a B Soc Sc (Hons) in Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
