Nicholas Whiteley

Nicholas Whiteley is a seasoned professional in the exploration and subsurface sector, currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer and previously as Exploration and Subsurface Director at DNO ASA since October 2015. Before this, Nicholas held several leadership roles at Cairn India Ltd from April 2008 to September 2015, including General Manager of Exploration & New Ventures and Asset Manager for major exploration campaigns. Earlier experiences include positions as Exploration Team Leader at TNK-BP and Senior Advisor for Russia Exploration at BP, where significant contributions to exploration and appraisal in various global regions were made. Nicholas holds an MA in Earth Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a D.Phil in Geochemistry and Paleoceanography from the University of Oxford.
