Ron She

Ron Ron has extensive work experience in the investment management industry. Ron started their career as an Assistant Vice President at GIC Real Estate in 2001 and later joined Capital One as a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst in 2002. In 2004, they worked as a Senior Research Associate at FBR Capital Markets. Ron then joined Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. in 2007, where they held various positions including Vice President & Senior Analyst, Managing Director & Associate Portfolio Manager, and currently as a Managing Director & Portfolio Manager.

Ron Ron began their education at Tsinghua University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Architecture from 1987 to 1992. After completing their undergraduate studies, they furthered their education at the University of Notre Dame, where they obtained a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree between 1995 and 1997. Ron Ron continued their educational journey at The Wharton School, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Real Estate from 1999 to 2001.
