Phillip Skiba

Phillip Skiba is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at DNSFilter since September 2025, where responsibilities include managing a diverse development team and overseeing project execution. Prior to this role, Phillip held various leadership positions at ConnectWise from January 2011 to October 2025, including Director of Software Engineering and Director of Quality Engineering, where skills in team management, technical guidance, and project oversight were honed. With a strong foundation in quality assurance, Phillip has also worked as a Senior Manager and Manager in quality automation, contributing significantly to automated testing initiatives. Early career roles include QA Analyst positions at Mayo Clinic and Three Rivers Technologies, and a technical background was established as an Information Technology Services Hardware Technician at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Phillip holds a B.S. in Information Systems with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
