Owen Pakledinaz is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in product engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of Product Engineering at Haddy since February 2025, Owen also operates as the Owner of Trident Design & Solutions, providing freelance services. Previously, Owen held the position of Product Engineering Manager at Plasma-Therm between September 2020 and February 2025, where responsibilities included leading engineering teams and enhancing product competencies. Owen's career began in mechanical design, with roles at various organizations including GBI Intralogistics Solutions and PrimeTest Automation, contributing significantly to the design and development of automated systems and materials handling solutions. Owen holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University.
