Ellie Lessels FCIPD is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Head of People for DNV in the UK and Ireland since December 2024, Ellie previously held positions at ENERCON as Human Resources Business Partner for the Western Europe Region and Head of HR for the UK. Prior roles include Team Lead and Senior HR Officer at DNV GL, HR Advisor at Teekay Shipping, and HR Coordinator at Northern Marine Manning Services. Ellie began a career in human resources at the Scottish Court Service, advancing through multiple positions over six years. Ellie holds a Master of Arts from The University of Edinburgh and a PgDip in Human Resource Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
