Kristin Sattig

Kristin Sattig is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and customer satisfaction research, primarily within the maritime, oil and gas, and energy sectors. Since May 2015, Kristin has held multiple positions at DNV, including Management Assistant to the VP Regional Manager for West Europe and PA to the Chief Executive Officer for Maritime, while also contributing to global HR projects focusing on customer service and quality management. Prior experience includes roles as Customer Satisfaction Research Manager at DNV GL, Senior Research Executive at MaritzCX, and Research Executive at Ipsos Loyalty, where Kristin specialized in international customer and employee satisfaction research. Kristin holds a Magister Artium degree in Applied Cultural Studies from Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
