Markus Burghart

Markus Burghart is currently the Head of Department for Asset Management & Digital Service Operations at DNV, a position held since 2025. Previously, Markus served as the Global Head of Technology and Innovation at CORE Energy Recovery Solutions and held various roles at Fraunhofer EMFT and other organizations, focusing on research and innovation. Markus' educational background includes pursuing a Master of Science in Physics at Lunds universitet, a Dr.-Ing. in Solid-State Electronics from Technische Universität Dresden, and a Dipl. Ing. in Physical Science Technologies from Hochschule München.
