Mehmet Soygur

Mehmet Soygur has over 16 years of experience in the maritime industry, currently serving as the Regional Chief Surveyor for the Americas at DNV since November 2007. In this role, responsibilities include lead auditing, new building project management, key account management, and QHSE coordination. Previous positions at DNV encompassed various senior surveyor roles focused on operational surveys and new building projects. Prior to DNV, Mehmet held project management positions at Sahin Celik Shipyard, YARDGEM SHIPPING INC., and Gemsan Shipyard, specializing in new building and conversion projects. Mehmet holds a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi.
