Miguel Morgado

Miguel Morgado has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Team Lead for Grid Asset Management & Studies at DNV since December 2013, focusing on Southern Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. Prior to this role, Miguel held positions such as Head of Section for Energy Systems at DNV KEMA Energy & Sustainability, where responsibilities included overseeing electrical engineering services and establishing the Lisbon office. Additional experience includes working as an Offline Application Manager at TenneT and as an Engineer at EDP's Studies and Development Department, where Miguel contributed to power quality and electromagnetic transient studies. Educational qualifications include a Licentiate in Electric Power Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a General Management Program with a specialization in Finance from Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics.
