Stian Barkbu

Stian Barkbu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and software sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Information and Production Systems at DNV GL since January 2014, Stian has also held multiple leadership roles at DNV Software, including Director of Operations, Chief Technology Officer, Head of Product Development, and Head of the SESAM product centre. Stian holds a master's degree in civil engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), obtained between 1987 and 1991.
