Romain Larre Maupeu

Romain Larre Maupeu is an experienced human resources professional with a focus on operational and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Do iT Platinium since January 2022, Romain has established and managed a high-performance HR department for a workforce of 150 employees, emphasizing growth and sustainable development. Previously, Romain co-founded ORMIC, leading recruitment efforts for engineering positions and enhancing the employer brand. Experience includes roles at Akka Technologies as a Recruitment and Employer Brand Officer, and earlier positions in human resources and administration at CMT+ and Hertz. Romain holds two master's degrees from Toulouse School of Management, specializing in human resources management and law, economics, and management.
