Amrik Cooper

Director of Customer Success at Dobility, Inc.

Amrik Cooper has held various roles in Dobility, Inc. since 2016. From November 2018 to May 2021, they were the Director of Customer Success, and from June 2021 to the present, they have been the Platform Product Manager. Prior to this, from September 2016 to April 2018, they were the Customer Engagement Manager and Africa Lead at Dobility. Before joining Dobility, Amrik Cooper co-managed daily functions as the Director of ikapadata, a survey research company specialized in the use of mobile data collection technology from May 2011 to August 2016.

Amrik Cooper completed their Masters in Sociology from the University of Cape Town, which they attended from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Westerford High School from 1998 to 2002, though they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study during this time. Recently, Amrik has obtained two additional certifications: one in "Introduction to User Experience Principles and Processes" from the University of Michigan | Coursera in November 2021, and another in "Becoming a Product Manager" from LinkedIn in September of the same year.
