Donnie Ford

Donnie Ford has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Donnie started their career in 2005 at Dobson Cellular, where they served as a Senior Network Operations Manager for several states. In this role, they led field activities, including maintenance, repairs, and equipment installation. Donnie also worked as the Acting Director of Network Operations for the northern half of the Central Region.

Following their time at Dobson Cellular, Donnie worked as the VP of Network Field Operations at Crossroads Wireless, where they were responsible for maintaining a nationwide cellular network, primarily in rural markets. Donnie managed a team of cell technicians and a performance engineer and helped build a national network in 10 states.

Donnie also has experience working at Goodman Networks as a Construction Manager, overseeing UMTS expansions on cell sites in Oklahoma. Donnie ensured work was completed on time and within budget and conducted safety audits.

Additionally, Donnie worked at MTPCS, LLC DBA Cellular One as a Senior Network Operations Manager, leading field activities and managing maintenance and installations for switching centers.

Donnie has also held various roles at Verizon, including Field Manager I&M and Construction, Program Manager, and Manager I/M Construction. These positions involved managing daily activities, conducting audits, and reporting on customer satisfaction and job performance.

Donnie's other experiences include working as a Wireless Field Technician at AT&T and as a Program Manager at WesTower Communications.

Most recently, they worked at Dobson Technologies as a Central Office Technician and a Network Engineer.

Throughout their career, Donnie has demonstrated expertise in managing field operations, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and completing projects within budget and on time.

Donnie Ford attended Cheyenne High School from 1966 to 1969, earning a high school diploma. Later, from 1986 to 1990, they attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
