Rachel Damato has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Rachel started their career as a Bartender/Server/Trainer at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza in 2005 and worked their way up to become a Beverage Operations Manager and later a Beverage Director. In 2018, they joined Doc B's Fresh Kitchen as a Manager and then became a General Manager. Following that, they worked at Goodwin Recruiting as a Recruiter in the Hospitality Division. Currently, they are working at Doc B's Restaurant + Bar, where they have held various roles such as Restaurant Manager, Multi Unit General Manager, Manager of Talent, and currently, they are serving as the Director of People.

Rachel Damato obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida Atlantic University, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. In December 2020, Rachel also obtained a certification as a ServSafe Manager from ServSafe.
