Thomas Cook has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the General Manager and Kitchen Manager at Doc B's Restaurant + Bar since January 2018. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Texas Roadhouse as a Server Trainer from May 2017 to February 2018 and held the position of Assistant General Manager at Saltgrass Steak House from February 2011 to May 2017.
