Caroline Lemercier

Caroline LEMERCIER currently serves as the Directrice Adjointe des Ressources Humaines at Docaposte since September 2023, overseeing multi-company and multi-site HR functions for approximately 1,800 employees across France and internationally, including Romania and Poland. Previously, Caroline held the position of Responsable des Ressources Humaines Groupe at SOFTEAM, managing HR for the group's subsidiaries with around 1,500 employees, in addition to experience in roles as Chargée des Ressources Humaines and regular contributions to HR strategy and development. Earlier professional experience includes coordinating payroll and personnel administration at SunGard and working in recruitment at ARMONYS Technologies. Academically, Caroline holds a Master 2 in Gestion des ressources humaines from IAE Caen and a Master's degree in philosophy from Université de Rennes I.
