David Desnottes

David Desnottes currently serves as the Director of Strategic HR Partnerships and Alliances at DOCAPOSTE since October 2025. Prior to this role, David had a successful tenure at UKG from April 2019 to October 2024, where achievements included serving as Sales Senior Director for Channel EMEA and leading Channel & Alliances initiatives for the HR Services Delivery product line. David consistently surpassed sales targets, attaining 123% in FY23 and 100% in FY24. Previously, David played a key role in the rapid growth of PeopleDoc Inc. from January 2013 to March 2019, contributing significantly to annual recurring revenue. Early career experiences include senior sales roles at Sage and Sage Adonix, with a strong focus on ERP solutions and building influential partnerships. David holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from EDC Paris Business School.
