Durga Prasad has a comprehensive work experience in various companies and roles. Durga started their career at InfoSTEP as the Director of Global Marketing, where they designed and implemented marketing plans for the firm. Durga then joined Saama Technologies as the Head of Marketing, overseeing their business intelligence and data management solutions. Durga later worked at Saxon Global Inc. as the Director of Marketing, where they focused on setting up marketing strategies and building a website for new service offerings. Durga then joined Smart IMS as the Head of Inside Sales, responsible for managing global IT infrastructures. After that, they joined i95Dev as the VP of Account Management and Digital Transformation Services, and later as the Head of Corporate Accounts. Currently, they are working at Kensium as the Sr. Director of Client Success, overseeing client relationships, customer success, and experience management. Durga consults and advocates for clients to improve areas like technology adoption, digital transformation, and operational efficiency. Durga Prasad has a diverse education history. Durga obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Andhra University from 1999 to 2002. During the same period, they also pursued a Diploma in Hospitality Sales and Marketing from Indo American Hotel management. Prior to this, Durga Prasad attended SFS School from 1985 to 1997, where they completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in All Subjects.

In addition to their formal education, Durga Prasad also obtained a certification as an Acumatica Client Success Manager from Acumatica in July 2022.
