Shefali Davda-Bhanot

Shefali Davda-Bhanot has extensive experience in talent acquisition and retention, with a focus on the tech and product sectors. Shefali has held various roles in different companies, including being the Head of Talent Acquisition at Doccla starting in 2023. Prior to this, they founded Seventh Degree in 2015, a consultancy that specialized in employer branding, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion. Shefali also served as the Talent Lead at Healios in 2022 and as the Head of Talent Acquisition at MarketFinance in 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Talent Lead at Babylon Health, where they played a significant role in scaling their AI and machine learning teams. Shefali has also held talent lead positions at City Pantry, Anaplan, and Matchtech, where they focused on building and expanding technology teams. Shefali Davda-Bhanot obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Portsmouth, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Recruitment Practice CertRP (MIRP) from the Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) in January 2013.
