Since August 1997, Nikola has served as CEO of M&I Systems Group, showcasing leadership in the tech industry. In addition to this role, Nikola co-founded Kroog Ventures in 2021 and holds partnership positions at Robotiq.ai, Procesna Inteligencija, and DocDep since July 2018, June 2016, and March 2016, respectively. Nikola's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science obtained from the University of Wisconsin-Superior between 1992 and 1996.
