Melissa Kruminas

Melissa Kruminas, MAOL, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Customer Education at Docebo, focusing on scalable and personalized learning solutions. Previously, Melissa held significant roles including Director of Global Enablement at Built Technologies, where leadership encompassed sales enablement and training, and VP of Nuvolo University at Nuvolo, facilitating global enablement initiatives. At Infor, Melissa managed teams to execute experiential training for various software applications. Earlier career experiences at Fruit of the Loom included roles as Operations Manager and Process Engineer, contributing to notable efficiency and cost-saving projects. Additionally, Melissa has served as a Board Member for Choice Media Productions LLC and supported the French government’s education initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Organizational Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Adult Education, and a Bachelor's in Communication Studies/International Business, all from Western Kentucky University.
