Noel Heagy Miller

Noel Heagy Miller, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Lynchburg. Currently serving as EVP and Chief of Staff at Docebo since February 2024, Noel is also a member of TroopHR starting May 2024. Prior experience includes various roles at Lightship® from March 2021 to February 2024, culminating in the position of Vice President of People, as well as a tenure at Docebo from 2014 to 2021, where Noel was Director of HR Operations for North America. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist/Operations Manager at Bacterial Barcodes, Inc. from 2006 to 2010, and earlier roles at Upstate USA, Inc. from 2003 to 2006, where Noel managed a product line and supported key accounts in sales.
