Chelsea Goodwin

Chelsea Goodwin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff to the EVP of Lending at Finastra since October 2025, Chelsea previously held positions at Bain & Company as a Manager and Consultant from October 2021 to December 2024. Chelsea's experience also includes an MBA from Harvard Business School, completed in May 2021, and a background in finance with Morgan Stanley, where roles included Associate in the Chief-of-Staff Team and Analyst in multiple divisions from June 2014 to May 2019. Prior experience includes a finance internship at GE Capital. Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2014.
