Cécile Tharaud is currently the CEO of Polytechnique Ventures, managing an early-stage investment fund focused on the entrepreneurial ecosystem of Ecole Polytechnique. They held the position of CEO at Inserm Transfert from 2006 to 2014 and served as a Senior Advisor at Inserm in 2005. With a strong background in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, Cécile has also held various leadership roles including New Products Director at GSK and Vice President positions at L'Oréal and NAOS. They received a Master of Science from Ecole Polytechnique, along with an MBA from INSEAD and a PhD in Molecular Genetics from AgroParisTech.
