Jessica McNamara

Jessica McNamara has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and History and a TESOL Qualification from the University of the Witwatersrand. Jessica has a strong background in teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language, with experience ranging from elementary students to adult learners. Jessica has also worked in sales coordination, reservations, and training roles. Currently, Jessica serves as a Team Lead for Customer Onboarding and Support at DocFox Africa. Jessica's experience includes developing training materials, creating engaging classroom environments, and managing client relations.
