Cristiana Reis

Cristiana Reis has extensive work experience in risk management and process analysis roles. Cristiana currently works as a Risk Management Specialist at Dock since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at TIVIT for over 18 years, starting as an Analyst of Processes and Quality in May 2001. Cristiana then advanced to become a Senior Process Analyst, where they conducted internal audits and provided support for various certifications. In this role, they also participated in the ISAE3402 audit and was responsible for monitoring corporate risks and outsourcing. Additionally, they held positions as a Process Coordinator and Queue Coordinator during their time at TIVIT.

Cristiana Reis attended the Universidade Paulista from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technology Informatics (TI) or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Additionally, they have completed various certifications throughout the years, including ISO 27001 - Information Security, Agile Management with Scrum, Scrum Foundation Professional certificate, Risk Management, ISO 22301:2012 - Business Continuity, ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management Systems, CMMI - Development Process Performance, ISO 27001:2013 - Information Security Management Systems, and ISO 20000-2005 - Service Management in Information Technology.
