Nicole Justus

Nicole Justus, MSN, RN, has extensive experience in healthcare, particularly in risk management and patient safety. Since 2013, Nicole has served as a Risk Management Specialist at ProMedica, supporting 11 hospitals and multiple physician practices in Ohio and Michigan, focusing on reducing clinical risks and improving patient safety. Nicole previously held the position of Patient Safety Coordinator, where significant initiatives were implemented, leading to a reduction of serious events of harm by over 50%. Earlier roles included nursing in adult psychiatry and quality management in the manufacturing sector.
