Danilo Mendes dos Santos

Danilo Mendes dos Santos has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Danilo started their career as an intern at Amphenol TFC do Brasil, where they worked on new product development and cost calculation. After that, they joined Goomer as an Onboarding Analyst, where they focused on process improvements, training, and monitoring customer activities. Danilo eventually became an Onboarding Specialist at Goomer, taking on additional responsibilities such as API communication testing, training on new functionalities, and monitoring customer reliability rates. Danilo then moved on to Fix, where they served as a Coordenador de Customer Success | Onboarding, helping to implement new partner real estate agencies and resolving issues on their platform. Most recently, they worked as a Partner Lead at Acesso | Bankly, before joining Dock as an Onboarding Specialist.

Danilo Mendes dos Santos completed their bachelor's degree, with a focus on Mechatronics, Robotics, and Control and Automation, from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho. Danilo attended this institution from 2007 to 2014. In 2020, Danilo pursued a Leadership of Teams course from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Danilo'smost recent educational experience took place in 2021, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Banking, Fintechs, and Innovation from PUC Minas.
