Edmar Felipe

Edmar Felipe has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Edmar currently works as a Software Engineer at Dock since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer at Mutant from March 2021 to January 2022. Before that, Edmar worked at Apiki WordPress where they held the roles of Technical Leader from February 2019 to February 2021 and Full Stack Developer from February 2016 to January 2019. Edmar started their career at Univale as a Software Engineer in July 2011 and also had a brief internship as a Web Systems Developer from April 2011 to June 2011.

Edmar Felipe began their education in 2010 at ETEIT - Escola Técnica da Univale, where they studied for a year and obtained a degree as a Técnico em Informática. During this time, they focused on subjects such as C#, ASP.NET, Delphi, and Rad Studio.

In 2018, Edmar enrolled at Universidade Católica de Brasília and pursued a degree in Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas. Edmar attended this institution until 2021, completing their degree in the field.

In addition to their formal education, Edmar has also obtained several certifications. In October 2015, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance. In November 2015, they attained fluency in English at an intermediate level estimated through Duolingo.

Furthermore, Edmar has acquired various certifications in recent years. In June 2020, they obtained the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf. In July 2020, they completed a hands-on course on Microservices, specifically focusing on API Gateway, Webhooks, and Elastic APM, offered by FIAP. In October 2020, they completed a course on Modern Software Engineering as an extension program at DCC/UFMG.

More recently, in May 2021, Edmar completed the Complete Guide to Elasticsearch offered by Udemy, followed by the Microservices with Node JS and React course from the same institution in August 2021.

Lastly, in February 2022, they attended a course on Hexagonal Architecture offered by Full Cycle and obtained a certification in the field.
