Guilherme Mota

Guilherme Mota has a diverse work experience in various roles related to DevOps and software development. Guilherme is currently working at Dock as an APE Manager/APE Lead/DevOps Lead/SRE Lead, where they are responsible for leading a team and standardizing application delivery processes. Guilherme previously worked at Getnet - Brasil as an IT Specialist DevOps Engineer, leading the CI/CD process using Scrum and developing a CI/CD framework. Before that, they were a DevOps Engineer at DBServer and a DevOps Continuous Integration Analyst at Datacom, where they handled infrastructure and automation tasks using various tools. Guilherme also has experience as a Software Tester at Judice Online and completed an internship in Software Testing at Companhia Riograndense de Processamento de Dados - PROCERGS.

Guilherme Mota obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Pampa from 2006 to 2011. Afterward, from 2013 to 2015, they pursued a specialization degree in Software Quality from Unisinos, focusing on the field of Software Quality. In addition to their formal education, Guilherme has also obtained several certifications, including Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2022, CKA and CKAD from The Linux Foundation in November 2021, and DevOps Master from EXIN in June 2020.
