Jackeline Dias Trindade

Jackeline Dias Trindade has a diverse work experience. Jackeline started their career in 2011 as a Java Development Intern at Stefanini Brasil. From there, they worked as a Help Desk Attendant at Accenture, providing support to employees and clients. Jackeline also participated in a project involving the migration of the SAP system.

Moving on, they worked as a Technical Support Analyst at Sonda Procwork Informatica, where they provided support to clients. Jackeline later joined SantaCruz Distribuidora de Medicamentos as a Technical Support Assistant, supporting the company's systems and collaborating on a data analysis project for the purchasing area.

In 2020, Jackeline joined Qintess as a Technical Support Analyst, where they supported the systems of the Tribunal Regional do Trabalho and provided guidance to lawyers, experts, and jurisdictional on TRT applications.

Currently, they work at Dock as a Junior Security Operator.

Jackeline Dias Trindade completed their education at various institutions and obtained additional certifications. Jackeline began their education in 2010 at Fundação Bradesco, where they pursued an Ensino Técnico degree in Informática, which they completed in 2011.

In 2023, Jackeline enrolled in Faculdade IBPTECH and completed a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Defesa Cibernética in 2025. During their time at Faculdade IBPTECH, they also obtained several certifications to further enhance their knowledge and skills.

In September 2021, Jackeline obtained the Comptia A+ certification from CompTIA. Following that, in October 2021, they earned the HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA) certification from HDI.

In 2023, Jackeline obtained three additional certifications. In March 2023, they completed the Networking Academy Cybersecurity Essentials certification from Cisco Networking Academy. In May 2023, they obtained the Fundamentos de SOC - Security Operations Center certification from Impacta Tecnologia. Finally, in July 2023, they completed the Laboratório de Segurança Cibernética - Cyber Academy certification offered by FEBRABAN.
