Mark J. Hunter

Mark J. Hunter is a seasoned entrepreneur and real estate developer with extensive experience in the industry. As the founder of Docked Living since January 2018, Mark has focused on addressing the affordable housing crisis in Florida by developing innovative coliving solutions. Additionally, Mark founded Built with Love in 2001, a vertically integrated real estate developer with a portfolio of over 300 single-family homes across six states. Previous experience includes co-founding KLH Capital, L.P., where Mark played a pivotal role in establishing a brand and managing over $1B in assets, and working as an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo, where Mark contributed to significant capital market transactions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.
