Amanda Fagundes

Amanda Fagundes has a significant amount of experience in the legal field. Amanda is currently serving as the Head of Legal & Compliance at Docket Brasil since April 2023. In this role, they are responsible for managing the legal and compliance departments and overseeing various areas such as civil and labor litigation, contracts, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, data protection, internal policies, and investigations.

Prior to their current position, Amanda worked at Cervejaria Ambev for several years. From March 2020 to the present, they held the role of Manager of Legal Process | Document Management, where they were in charge of operational management in the legal and document management departments. Their responsibilities included compliance, labor consultancy, corporate law, regulatory issues, contracts, and fiscal regularity. Additionally, Amanda served as the Operational Legal Manager from March 2018 to March 2020, where they coordinated the legal team and managed various legal matters.

Furthermore, Amanda also has experience working at Zé Delivery as the Legal Manager from September 2021 to February 2023. In this role, they oversaw legal matters related to civil and labor law, contracts, corporate law, licenses and permits, regulations, consumer protection, competition law, and intellectual property. Amanda provided legal analysis for legislative projects and supported the compliance team in investigations and inquiries.

Amanda Fagundes completed their education in a chronological order. Amanda first attended the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2004 to 2008, where they studied Law. Following that, they pursued an Especialização in Direito do Trabalho e Processo do Trabalho at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas from 2011 to 2012. Later on, from 2018 to 2020, Amanda attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they obtained an MBA in Gestão Empresarial.
