Brian D Pannell, MBA, PMP has a wealth of experience in the technology and mortgage industry. Brian D started their career in 1991 as an Analyst for R.M. Vredenburg. In 1992, they joined Fannie Mae as a Business Systems Trainee, and in 1994, they became a Technology Analyst/Developer for Advanced Technologies. In 1996, they moved to Bell Atlantic as a Senior Manager for the CRIS Billing System. In 1999, they returned to Fannie Mae as a Senior Manager where they provided oversight and subject matter expertise to 10 project managers on client initiatives. In 2010, they joined Wave Systems as a Senior Implementation Manager, where they were responsible for activities associated with the implementation of, integration into, and support of eTMS in the customer's environment. In 2012, they moved to Wave eSignSystems as the Director of Client Services, where they led efforts to expand and better define the core competencies of the Client Services department. In 2013, they moved to eSignSystems, a division of DocMagic, Inc., as the VP of Client Services, where they had managerial responsibility for all post sales activities. Finally, in 2019, they joined DocMagic as the Chief eServices Executive and Senior Implementation Executive, where they led Implementation Services for DocMagic's eServices products and solutions, specifically for eMortgage and eChattel technologies.

Brian D Pannell holds an MBA in eBusiness from the University of Phoenix, obtained in 2006. Brian D also holds a BA in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute, obtained in 1990. In addition, they hold a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
