Sumbal Ghafoor

Sumbal Ghafoor's work experience begins with their role as a Data Manager at DocMatter, which they started in January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a UC Berkeley Disability Lab Member at the University of California, Berkeley from January 2020 to May 2021. Before that, they served as the Financial Director's/Optometric Assistant at the Meredith Morgan Eye Center from December 2018 to March 2020.

In addition, Sumbal was an Executive Director's Fellow at the Middle Eastern-North African Recruitment & Retention Center (MENARRC) from February 2018 to December 2019. Sumbal also worked as Chief of Staff in the Office of ASUC Senator Imran Khan at the ASUC Student Union from February 2018 to May 2019.

Sumbal's earlier work experiences include being a Site Leader at The Berkeley Project in September 2017 and an Administrative Intern at San Pablo City Hall from June 2015 to August 2015.

Sumbal Ghafoor's education history begins at Pinole Valley High School, where they attended from 2013 to 2017. Sumbal earned their High School Diploma and specialized in the field of Law and Justice Academy. Following this, Sumbal pursued higher education at the University of California, Berkeley. From 2017 to 2021, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Cognitive Science.
